Videogame addiction is bad for your health, your family and sometimes even your finances.

Watch this true story of a videogame addict who spent most of his life playing video games neglecting family and now regrets that decision.

[Update] Anthony Nice responds: It’s all about balance; addiction to anything is bad. Addiction is bad, not just video games. Mostly what he says has value but I take exception to the negative stigma attached to being alone. There’s nothing wrong with being alone. You don’t have to surround yourself with humans every single hour of your life. You don’t have to be in a relationship to be a worthwhile human. Don’t fall in for that sanctimonious cookie-cut, paired-up society crap.
