Is your Google PageRank reducing though your site is very much in compliance with Google Webmaster Guidelines?

Well, here’s a clue.

The sites that were earlier linking to you may have disappeared with time (because the domains got expired or business wa closed – like in the case of Geocities). Google will then remove the back link juice that your site once enjoyed from these links and that may impact your PageRank.
