If you have been waiting for Microsoft to release Windows 7 SP1, the good news is that the service pack could soon be coming to a desktop near you.
The other news is that you many not have to download Windows 7 SP1 at all because you may already have most of the patches that are inside the first service pack of Windows 7 delivered to you through Windows Update.
