Think Secret, one of the popular websites among Apple enthusiasts, is no more.

Exactly three years ago, Think Secret published rumors that Apple is building some new Macs and a word processor.

The rumors turned out to be true when Steve Jobs announced the new Mac Mini and iWork at the Macworld.

Adult magazine Perfect 10 earlier filed a copyright infringement claim against Google alleging that Google was crawling the Perfect10.com website and created thumbnails of copyrighted images that were later displayed in Google Image search results.

Google did store the thumbnails but argued that image thumbnails were protected under the copyright doctrine of fair use.

Dell recently filed a lawsuit against cybersquatters - companies that buy misspelled variants of popular domain names, fill that page with Pay-Per-Click ads and then make huge profit from Internet traffic.

For instance, if someone types delll.com by mistake instead of dell.com, he could land on a web page loaded only with advertisements and no content. And chances are very high that those ads are served by Google AdSense.

So indirectly, Google (and other companies like Sedo, GoDaddy) are helping cybersquatters stay in the game and remain very profitable at the same time. Did Dell ignore this fact in the lawsuit ?
