The coming days could witness a huge wave of advertising blitz on television, newspapers, internet and outdoor media as brand ‘Vodafone’ replaces the ‘Hutch’ brand.  As a result of this transition, Hutch’s three deep pink stars logo would be phased out to pave way for Vodafone’s trademark deep red speech mark logo.

The Hutch brand may be totally replaced by the Vodafone brand as opposed to the earlier idea of dual branding where Hutch and Vodafone co-existed for some time. Also Vodafone Essar is expected to source low-cost Vodafone-only brand handsets from Chinese company ZTE.
