ZoneLabs, developers of the popular ZoneAlarm Firewall software, are giving away licensed copies of ZoneAlarm ForceField for free provided you download the software within the next 24-hour period.
An interesting feature inside ForceField is this Virtual Browser mode that lets you browse websites using IE or Firefox privately - none of your browsing data including cookies, history, typed URLs, forms, etc. is retained after you close the browser.
I haven’t tried ForceField but PC Mag has lot of positive things to say about ForceField including its ability to protect you from keyloggers and screenshot software.
To download ForceField for free, got to this site, put your email address and a link to download the full version of ZoneAlarm ForceField along with the license key will arrive in your inbox. Thanks Akshay.

Amit, I am using Firefox 3 and it after each session is over it allows me to delete all the things like cookies, authenticated session, session history, typed URLs, forms, etc. etc with a single click of the mouse! And Firefox is always comes for free…

I used it and liked it a lot myself. I hope the readers find it useful and beneficial.
Moreover, it disabled my snagit software completely :( which is a good thing in a certain sense

Hi Amit: I began installing this and got an alert from Threatfire that it posed a moderate risk to my system. I’m not sure whether to allow or not. Is there any reason this might not be a safe download? Thanks.

@Shradha Agarwal
but this is much more than just clearing your browser history! it protects you from malicious software, ensures no one can track you on the internet etc…

Is there anything like this to delete download history for p2p softwares?

I’d like to alert all of the users about the software from ZoneAlarm! All the freeware from this company track user habits and send them back to their servers for analysis. You can also Google this up.
