You want to move to a total paperless office but no matter how hard you try to achieve that goal, there are few things that will always require paper.
For instance, people working in the legal, finance or real estate industry routinely print forms and agreements on paper for clients to put their signatures and then these documents are faxed or scanned back into the computer.
Now if you can connect with the above situation, XPaper PDF software along with Logitech io2 Pen may really ease your workflow. XPaper installs as a PDF printer driver on your Windows machine similar to Adobe Acrobat.
Here’s how it works: You compose a document in Microsoft Word (or just about any other software) and print it on a regular sheet of paper using any printer. Your clients then fill in the documents in their own handwriting using the Logitech pen.
Now instead of scanning this document, you simply connect the Logitech pen to your computer and the document(s) are instantly transferred in PDF format. There’s no need for a scanner and you really save time because you don’t have to scan ten different pages. See demo.
This XPaper and Logitech Pen combo costs around $400. Capturx too offers a similar solution but it works only with Excel while the XPaper software is compatible with all Windows program that can print.

Hey, this seems awfully cool. I wonder if this can accept more complicated input… maybe link with photoshop and serve as an alternative for PC writing tablets.
