Picasa Publisher is a handy plug-in for people who use the Windows Live Photo Gallery software to manage their photos on the desktop but prefer using the Picasa Web Albums service for storing their pictures online.
Picasa Publisher will add a new "Publish on Picasa Web Albums" option to your Windows Live Photo Gallery menu under Publish -> More Services. You can login to your Google Account from Photo Gallery, select photos to upload and then choose one of the existing Picasa albums or create a new one.

did any one encountered a problem where the new service does not appear in Live Photo Gallery after installation and knows how to solve it?
