If you like to read RSS feeds on an iPhone or iPod Touch, you have to use the built-in Safari browser as Google has not developed a native iPhone App for Google Reader yet.
However, there’s a 4.99 alternative called Newsstand.
This is an RSS reader app for iPhone that can synchronize your feeds with Google reader so you don’t have to read your subscriptions twice – the articles you mark as read in Newsstand will also be marked as read in Google Reader on your desktop computer (and vice-versa).
Other that Google Reader RSS synchronization, you can also use the iPhone Apps to subscribe to new blog feeds, change folders, titles or sort order and these changes made on the Apple device will be reflected in Google Reader. Link.
