An excellent news for Mac users. TechSmith will soon be shipping the screen capture tool SnagIt and screencasting tool Camtasia Studio for the Mac Platform.
TechSmith just launched Jing, a screen grab + screencast tool for Mac and Windows.
That may be some bad news for Snapz Pro from Ambrosia, Screen Mimic from PolarLan and iShowU from ShinyWhiteBox, the only screencast software for Mac.

Hello there.
I was wondering if you have any more information about SnagIt being on a Mac platform and when it might be available? I am a teacher and most of my staff use SnagIt with there PC’s, However I am a Mac user.
Do you know any other programs i can get that do the same job as SnagIt but with a Mac platform??
