It’s been more than a year since we tried Dragon NatuallySpeaking (version 9) and the good news is that Nuance is ready to release Dragon Naturally Speaking 10 next week. This offers 20% more speech accuracy that version 9 or 40% when compared with version 8.
The most impressive feature, other than accuracy, is support for wireless Bluetooth microphones so you can dictate while you are several feet away from the computer.
Like previous versions, Nuance is not expected to provide a trial of NaturallySpeaking 10 software for download. You will have to buy either a Preferred or Professional version of DNS 10 to experience this software.
Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 Preferred will cost $99.99 while the Dragon NaturallySpeaking Preferred 10 edition with USB Plantronics Calisto Bluetooth Headset will cost $199.99.

Hi,
I am interested in using a Bluetooth headset with DNS 8 on my Acer C110 tablet PC but I haven’t been able to get this to work. I have the SonyEricsson Akono HBH 300 which was endorsed on the Nuance website. Do you have any advice or reference you could point me to to help?

Do you have any reviews, or independent tests that substantiate the claimed 20% increase in speech accuracy in version 10 . I am a current user of version 9.
