Transfer Software From One PC to Another with Laplink PC Mover - Free Download
PCmover is migration utility from Laplink that lets you quickly move pre-installed software applications, files and program settings from an old PC to your new computer. PCmover works with all versions of Windows from 95 to Vista.

Too late for this offer. It was only 1 day, Thursday May 15. This came across my newsfeed at 1:16am on Friday.
Visit laplink … click “proceed” to download … get a 502 error!
Hope it’s not a hoax.
Great piece of advice but it does not allow you to proceed further unless you select one of their other paid softwares at discounted rates.
Were you able to download the copy without selecting the other discounted products?
It keeps failing saying “The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server” if I only select the said software, but if I select a discounted product it happily takes me to the shopping cart :(

same problem with me as well. I hope someone has downloaded the software and will provide us on his website/blog.
Unless you select to purchase an item along with the free software, you can’t download it. it is a kind of marketing technique to drive traffic to their website ;-) really cool idea.

This offer was still active as of 7:47 p.m. Pacific Time, on Friday, May 16th. I just downloaded it. (Before the download, the screen said ‘come back later, too much traffic’ but it downloaded easily.
Download works fine.
Pratheep: Look carefully. You DON’T have to purchase any s/w to download it. You just have to register (for free) in their site.
By the way, when I was installing this McAfee popped up a virus alert. Hope it’s a false positive.
