The official release of Firefox 3 is still a couple of hours away but the world’s best browser is now available for download on Mozilla servers. Links:

What’s the benefit of posting the link if it won’t count in the World Record attempt???
another detail - the checksum of this file and of the RC3 installation is an exact match.
meaning rc3 IS going to be the official version, OR the file that is placed in the pub release of mozilla is going to be updated with a proper one when the action starts.
Looks like it’s actually RC3. Same date, same time, same size.

Amit i don’t think this will be the final version coz did u see the last modified date ? its 11/6/08. Do u think the final version will be ready by 11 itself ?
The HTTP links seem to be correct. I just installed it and viewed Help > About and it says FF 3.0.
If it was RC3 would it say RC3 on there?

Its RC3 man..Im not sure if its the final version..looks great though..
Looks like an older version. The timestamp in the directory listing dates it at 6/11.
Will wait for the official Mozilla link, just in case ;)
@ Jake i am using Rc now but my about says its 3.0 only..
At least the HTTP links are right. They are already available on the official web site.
