Now the only problem is that these Live invites from friends may not reaching you as the mails are getting marked as spam in Gmail. Just a false-positive but may be costing Microsoft dear for sure.

Yes i recently got a new @live.com e-mail ID, and friends having Gmail accounts most of the time find my mail in their SPAM folder.
For Yahoo! or AOL there is no such problem, mails deliver normally. I think Gmail has become over-secured in the attempt to fight spam.

Really? Hmm. I guess Gmail is a bit too protective. I don’t ever get spam in my Hotmail account either, though I do in my Yahoo! accounts.
That video is a bit over the top, but at least points out the new Windows Live.

Wouldnt suprise me if it was intentional, it is exactly the sort of thing google would do.
Of course if it happend the other way im sure they would sue microsoft over it too!
