Veoh has stopped streaming web videos in dozens of countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Chile, Saudi Arabia, Dominican Republic, Brazil, Argentina, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Venezuela, France, Guatemala and Puerto Rico.
The official reason is that Veoh ended service in these country due to a low concentration of users.
