Yahoo! has finally decided to take on YouTube through Flickr.

Later this year, Yahoo! will allows users to upload Video clips on Flickr servers. Such a facility is already available in Flickr rival – Google Picasa Web Albums which uploads the video to Google Video website.

Yahoo! also owns Jumpcut, an online video editor so it’s easy to expect Flicks video will hit the stands with an inbuilt video editor better than the Adobe Remixer of YouTube.
