How to Find Clever Web Domains Like del.icio.us or ma.tt or blo.gs
Say your name is Jessica and you plan to launch a personal website but the web domain jessica.com is already registered. You then try other common options like .org or .net but unfortunately, none of them are available.
What you can not try is different permutations and combinations of domain names - something like jessi.ca, j.essi.ca je.ssi.ca, jes.si.ca or jes.si/ca - they are all valid domains and if you’re lucky, some of them may be up for grabs.

Interesting..let me try out a few combinations.
While that is good for SEO and a great news for people furious to get such domains,people who visit the site by typing in the domain name will have a problem remembering it,as it creates quite confusing names.
wow good tool..but giving wrong results..for example…I searched for sach.in and it shows that it is available,while in actual its not..

Too bad for Paris Hilton you can only register “co.il” and “org.il” domains in Israel.
“parish.il” is invalid.

this could be done with emails too, i’ve done with mine cause i need to spell my mail most of the times (in real life), then it’s easy to say “name.com but just substitute the a for @” (and easy to avoid clever spam bots
