Photoshop Express in an online photo editing application that is free, responsive with an extremely elegant interface. There’s also a full screen mode so you get the feel of a desktop application.

And Adobe provides 2GB of free storage space for yous photos.

Photoshop Express offers a plethora of filters to help you fine-tune (or even distort) your pictures. You can create pop-art, convert photos to colored sketches, remove red-eye and so much more.

You can also edit photos from your Facebook, Google Picasa or Photobucket galleries directly with Photoshop Express.

Unlike Picnik, there’s however no option to add text captions to your photos in this free version of Photoshop.

The basic version is free though Adobe will introduce a premium version of Photoshop Express for a fee in the future.

cool online photo editing tool from adobe systems.
it’s nice to use this tool for small photo editing things istead of installing a complete photoshop suite. that require a lot of system resourses

on /. (http://tech.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=08/03/27/2015220&from=rss)

The submitter is known but Amit :-)

The first comment mod funny 5 on /. is indeed witty:

“I thought Photoshop was already free. Why would I want a Web-based version?”

Amit : This find is simply brilliant. When I was registering, I found that this is currently open only for US residents. Any information on when they will open this up for everyone else ?

@Sharath, I just put US as country and was able to register. I am not from the US.

@All - beware and read the TOS before using the service as a clause in there grants all rights to Adobe for any pictures you put up there:
