Shodan Nayak of Shodan.in Blog Illegally Reprints our Content

Shodan Nayak based in Mangalore, Karnataka writes a technology blog at shodan.in and shodan.biz.

He recently republished our story “Gmail Has a Daily Limit on Sending Email” (including the screenshot) on his blog and later submitted a link to the plagiarized copy on Digg.

We have sent a warning email to Shodan Nayak asking him to delete the story and use only a short excerpt.

If he fails to comply, we will probably send a DMCA complaint to Google AdSense and IPower, the web hosting company that hosts the shodan.in domain.

Update (Feb 13, 2008): Shodan has remove the post from his blog.
