Popular App That Syncs Google Docs with Office Documents is Gone

With Docsycer, you could sync Microsoft Office documents on the desktop with your online Google Docs account but the service has abruptly shut down citing problems with their business model.

Am hoping that Google Docs team builds something on similar lines for synchronizing our online and offline documents.
