Bharti Airtel is the largest cellular service provider in India while YouTube, a Google subsidiary, is the largest video sharing site in the world. Am sure this is purely coincidental but the logo designs of these two very popular brands do bear a striking resemblance including the logo tag-line.

I think its more a result of a the popular logo design of two colors for two parts of the logo. See logos of Just Dial, Studyplaces.com, Indepay etc to see what I mean. It just happened that in this case both chose to pick the same color combination

@#6 — I doubt it.. Airtel being such a big brand.. they would have had copyright on the logo and tagline as well. i believe Airtel would have adopted the logo and tag line much before YouTube did!
