Flickr provides a neat little badge that lets you embed and display your public photos onto web pages and blogs.

Now Facebook too has introduced a photo badge for you to share your most recent Facebook photos on external sites. The embed code is nothing but a static image so you can even use it as an email signature in Gmail, in web forums or your various social networking profiles.

Like the Flickr badge, Facebook too allows you to create photo badges in both vertical and horizontal layout and you can also specify the number of images that should be part of the badge.

However, the difference is that while Facebook will only display your most recently uploaded photos (that are public), Flickr lets you choose Photo Sets, tags, etc. that you want to showcase inside the Flickr badge.

In addition to the photo badge, Facebook also provides a Fan widget for Facebook pages that you may seen in action on the Digital Inspiration homepage. For a complete list of Facebook badges and widgets, check this page.
