While Individurls is no different from other feed aggregators like Netvibes or Google homepage, the unique part about the service is the layout that looks very similar to Popurls or Alltop.
You can add multiple feeds to the start-page and Individurls will present them in a three column layout made popular by services like Alltop and Popurls. Hover the mouse over any item to read a short excerpt and the view looks good on your mobile phone as well. Thanks Emily.
You may also use Google Docs to create Popurls clone and unlike individurls, your Google Docs page can be shared as a public web page on the Internet.

Great idea, shotty execution. Don’t get me wrong, anything free is great, but the UI is pretty bad and the site is full of bugs (I got three errors just trying to add + then move a feed).
You can’t beat open source though, if you want the true alltop/popurls feel using streamlined magpie + other js scripts, then go check out

There is his blog-post explaining everything + also includes a link to download the source.
Here is the page in action:

Here is a version/site that I threw together in about 5 minutes using the source-code… shows u just how easy it is to customize:

It is without a doubt the best popurls clone i’ve ever seen… if you code in a little bit of caching here and there, this sucker FLIES!
