Wendy Cheng (popularly known as XiaXue) is the blogging queen of Singapore. XiaXue means “snowing” in Chinese.
From Wikipedia – Wendy Cheng has worked as a columnist for The New Paper (a Singapore tabloid), Maxim magazine and Snag magazine. Xiaxue was also ranked as the 5th most powerful woman in the blogosphere by Jack of all Blogs, placing her amongst the ranks of Xeni Jardin of Boing Boing and Heather Armstrong of Dooce.
