Thank you for participating in the survey – What Kind of IT User Are You?
Of the 565 responses, 68% have said that they are Early Adopters (people who tend to try out new software and hardware before most other people do) while 30% call themselves Pragmatists (people who wait for someone else to make the first move).
Eric Sink offers this advice for companies trying to engage in conversation with early adopters & pragmatists:
* Early Adopters – They’re smart, they’re interested in your product, they speak your language, and they have good ideas.
* Pragmatists – They are practical. They want no-nonsense solutions to their problems.
