Find Our Blog Readers on Google Maps or Google Earth

google maps

Around 1,500 readers have put their names on the Digital Inspiration Map. You can explore the complete list of people on either Google Maps or Google Earth.

The blue pins represent males while the pink ones represent female readers. You can click the pins to know more about that person like his / her name, Blog URL, etc.

If you missed adding your name earlier , please go to digitalinspiration.com, search your location on the Google Map and click “Add”. Thank you.

There are not many French readers… :-(

Hi Amit i had submit my name in Kuta-Bali from your first announcement but can’t find it today. Try to re-submit (still gets the cache) but failed. Any advice?

Ed: The Google Map is showing just 200 random placemarks. If you added your name earlier, it’s there.

Guys from India are just too many.

You have been a guru and inspiration to many of us!!.

Thanks,Amit :)

Hi amit - How to embed such google maps in our blogs also. Is it a free service or paid service.

pretty nice!

wat’s the technology behind it?

well amit,This was a nice attempt but does this solved any purpose or you just utilized your domain name for a social networking purpose ?

I don’t remember you explaining any reason for this in any post. Pls tell us what was this all about.

Hi Amit,
my name is right there in the map……..nice to see that

Amit..

You are having virtually no readers from Africa.
Look China, not a single guy. And China has the largest number of Netizens. Well, try employing a real Chineese Transalator and you might end up with more CR-V’s in your Garage.

By the way, I drove a CR-V today. Just test drived out of Curiosity. Its handling is great, it feels like driving a small car only, i mean its that easy. Great going

They use Geographical Information Systems, aka GIS for maps. After that its plain pointer marking on the map which is shared by the whole community

Hi Amit,
