Eric Case, Blogger’s Product Manager, Leaves Google

eric case googleEric Case, product manager for Blogger, has quit Google after working at the company for some five years. Eric was initially part of the Blogger support team at Google.

We have seen some significant changes in Blogger in recent years - it moved to a new version, added widgets, got support for OpenID in comments, and tons of great features are in the pipeline that will roll out soon.

Eric Case definitely deserves lot of credit for making Blogger one of the easiest-to-use blogging platforms today - and they have not just improved on features in the last two years, the Blogger support group has become awesome as well.

Blogspot still needs a lot of troubleshooting. It is sad to see Eric Case leaving Blogspot. I hope someone could perform his work as much as he did.
