The process is super easy – search your location on the Google Map, enter your details and save.
Do add your blog URL (if you have one) as it might send some traffic your way.

when marker window is closed, one has to move marker again to get the window back. marker click shoud have done that !!

you should use some spam controlling mechanism for comments being added, some capta atleast, if you are not moderating comments.

I couldn’t get the map to show up, but it is similar to what IRL Connect is doing. check them out link - you can integrate with Facebook and Twitter to see your friends on the map, along with Youtube videos that people post to location and other content.
