Mobile Phones with dual SIM cards provide two different numbers on the same phone – one could be for private friends and family while the other number could be for everyone else.
Tata Teleservices have launched a new dual SIM card phone in India called the Samsung Duo. The phone has two slots for inserting SIM cards unlike the regular mobile phone which are limited to one SIM card.
You can also use a GSM and CDMA number with Samsung Duo or 2 GSM numbers or 2 CDMA numbers – pretty useful stuff.
Samsung Duo costs ~ INR 12k with global roaming and has a 1.3MP camera, Bluetooth and an MP3 player.
Reliance Infocom is also expected to introduce dual SIM phones that will run on GSM and CDMA platform simultaneously.

currently i am using a moto razr mobile . due to my persionel & buisness reasons i need 2 use two sim cards but i cant afford to have 2 mobiles handsets with me all the time . so i need a handset which can have dual sim capacity but i di’t prefer a cdma phone or a touch screen phine so could some one suggest me a good handset available in india which has the capacity 4 dual sim and has all other essentials like camea mp3 player etc…

At present I am using blackberry which enable me to have my emails n sms as well but unable to use my other mobile with different no . i need to have mobile which can have two sim card with different nos and can also have access to my official and personal mails from different services. pl suggest which is best option and class designated mobile phone

i have samsung mobile phone with CDMA & GSM cards both,which is a Slider mobile .from few days mobile picture display is NOT coming .i visited service centers at MUMBAI (INDIA).
YOUR People are saying that mobile F.P.C.B. Strip is NOT working and in MUMBAI – INDIA ,this strip is NOT available.
my samsung CDMA with GSM slider mobile phone( model – SCH -W) is under WARRANTY PERIOD.
YOUR SERVICE CENTER people of MUMBAI- INDIA-WESTERN REGION are ** not ** showing interest to HELP and PROVIDE QUICK SERVICE to INDIAN customers like me.

Yes, I agree, the customer service of Samsung in India (Bangalore) has gone bad drastically. We get to interact with lot of un-professional and unskilled technicians who will try to repair the product in their own Service Centers.
