Fresh from the success of ‘Big Boss Season 2’ on Colors, Viacom18 is launching the international version ‘Big Brother’ on Vh1, its international music and lifestyle in India.
The show would be aired from Sun-Wed at10pm starting 10pm and the version shown in India shall be ‘Big Brother Season 9’ shown in USA, also known as ‘Till Death Do You Part’.
The show will have 16 houseguests competing for a prize of $500,000 and all contestants are paired together as couples, each having their own characteristics.
The show might meet with initial success as is evident from public choice but it would be difficult for it gain to larger eyeballs owing to it’s out of line theme and display.
Moreover this version of Big Brother has already been aired on CBS in US from Feb 28 – April 27, 2008, so viewers have access to all the twist and turns of the show.
