Rediff may become the second dotcom to be listed

Rediffmail11 year old portal, Rediff.com is preparing for an IPO to raise capital from Indian capital market, as per CNBC-TV18.

Rediff.com is one of the premier online providers of news, information, communication, entertainment and shopping services. It is currently listed on Nasdaq and currently valued at $ 550 million.

Info Edge was the first dotcom company to list in India and considering its successful IPO, it makes pertinent cause for rediff to have an Indian listing.

Rediff.com has an edge over others owing to its popularity of portal. Other than this, internet usage is on a rise in India and coupled with falling cost and increasing broadband penetration, Rediff would surely be among the chief beneficiary.

Hmmm, rediffmail is going nuts i suppose, with the markets touching 15000, and can get a short break anytime, they are planning for a IPO.
can you provide any details of when this issue is going to come and within what price band?
