"Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams" - Randy Pausch’s Last Lecture video has now been viewed more than 6 million times and is probably one of those rare videos on YouTube that got a perfect 5 by everyone who rated for that video so far.
This "Last Lecture" video on YouTube is around 80 minutes in length and is now also available in an interactive version that lets you jump to any segment in the video, see relevant PowerPoint slides that sync with the video or perform text search in the transcript.

Here’s a resized version of Randy’s lecture.
PowerPoint allows you to compress images. Since the lecture included a massive picture on nearly every page, the resulting file is huge.
Resizing the images puts the file size to 13 MB instead of 265MB!
