Computer Vision Syndrome - Eyes Become Dry, Red and Irritated

Most Americans spend about 4 to 8 hours in front of the computer every day.

If your eyes turn red and irritated while working at the computer for long hours, you could have dry eyes and trouble focusing on objects.

I was watching a video that suggested using warm compresses and artificial tears to soothe those tired, dry eyes.  Put the artificial tears in your eyes every 30 minutes to prevent the dryness.
