This is for users in India who may have purchased a Nokia 7210 mobile phone after June 15, 2009.

There is a possible issue with the charger that ships with that 7210 phone and therefore Nokia will be replacing that defective charger with a new one for free.

If you own a 7210, you may use SMS to determine if your charger is part of exchange program or not:

1. Type CHG followed by space followed by the 27 digit serial number printed on the charger and send this to 55555.

Eg. CHG 4956279274091613752;0675370

2. If your charger is included in this exchange program, Nokia will contact you via SMS.

Alternatively, you may walk into any Nokia Care Center or log onto chargerexchange.nokia.com to verify if the charger is part of the exchange program.
