Blackberry users rejoice - an official Facebook client is now available to download on your Blackberry smartphone at no charge.
Alerts and notifications from Facebook are automatically delivered to your Blackberry just like other push mail messages.
You can capture photos using the Blackberry and upload them to your Facebook albums (with tags), poke someone, view the status of your Facebook friends and message them even while you are offline.

I was seeing a link to download this on my Nokia N73 this morning when I visited the mobile version. It’s gone now though.

Thanks for these screenshots. I posted on my blog this news as well and I went through the process to try to download the application but I hit a deadend if you read my blog post.

Just to use Facebook on a mobile… and feel how it is to stay connected and networked.. i am feeling the urge to buy a blackberry!! Y is it so expensive?? I tried accessing facebook on Nokia 6275, it is too slow.. this is without downloading the application!!

I have a blackberry pearl and am having difficulty downloading the new facebook application. Not sure if I can download it on my mobile or if it’s necessary to do so on my computer. If someone could please send me an email on how to do so I would greatly appreciate it.

I’ve just recently received my new. blackberry curve the one I had previously was. Damaged and I’m so disappointed I had. It customized 2 my liking but my dilemma is that I forgot how I downloaded my face book application. I need help its really baffling me
