The fine print say that to qualify for a free webcam, the participant must host two online meetings in the trial period using WebEx Meeting Center. Each of these meetings must be at least 20 minutes long with at least 1 attendee besides yourself. Not bad for $40 webcam.
It you have trouble with the "XM" code, use "instant" as suggested on Fatwallet.

Do not use the direct link provided! Webex detects the referring URL and will not give you your webcam! Instead, go to link and click on the “heard our radio offer” link.
