   you can use movie maker,but its format is wmv while youtube accept mpeg,you can use leawo free video to flv converter when you want to upload video to youtube

   You can use Windows Live Movie Maker or even Photostory from Microsoft to convert still photo into video that you may later upload to YouTube.
