MemberHemu, page rank updation by Google happens in around 3-4 months. This is out of experience and there are no records or docs that guarantee this. but yes, it's not more than 6/7 months anyway.
So during this time, you have to gather as many incoming links by writing good quality content and get good traffic as well. you can use PR predictor tools to predict what your PR would be during this time.
