   Just wondering what would be a good tool to use to design website - MS FrontPage or Adobe Creative Suite? Where do I procure them in India?

   Microsoft FrontPage has been discontinued and replaced with Expression Studio. Adobe sells Creative Suite (CS4) in India through their resellers - there's no online store for Adobe in India yet.

   Not sure about your requirement but you can create small websites for almost free using these free website building tools.
