USB Devic Not Recognized Problem during Software Update in Nokia N73

Hello friends,

Today morning i decided to convert my Nokia N73 ordinary edition into Nokia N73 Music edition and everything has been done and i runned Nokia Software Updater and it started Updating and after the completion of Download it asked me to
>Disconnect Battery and charger
>Remove the Battery from the phone
>Insert the Battery and charger and press the Power button for few times and click 'Retry Now'

While following the above steps and while conneceted my mobile phone to my PC it showed me

and i clicked on the balloon it showed me

I don't know why....
Now my Phone screen turned Black and now it's not switching on....
Can any one help me PLEASE...............
Everytime i connect the phone it show me the same as shown in above picture...

PLEASE ANYONE HELP ME...

It seems a driver problem or a driver mismatch problem.
