Currently i am not aware of any App but you can download TweetDeck(Latest Version from http://www.tweetdeck.com) and post the same updates to FaceBook and Twitter Together.

Easy - use the official Twitter application within Facebook and it'll ensure that your Twitter updates (not replies) become your Facebook Status Updates.
You can also opt for a service like Ping.fm to spread your status updates amongst a variety of services like GTalk, MySpace, Twitter et al.
