   Is your blog hosted on wordpress.com ? I don't think they allow external javascripts like the translation one.

   Yes my blog is on wordpress.com. So, how can I had one for wordpress? Also, do you know how to set up a blog after download wordpress.org?

   You can again find the "Getting Started Guide" on Wordpress.org

   And if you are hosting companies like GoDaddy or Dreamhost, they allow 1-click WordPress installs so you have less things to worry about.
