   I wanted to know the process and charges for a "trademark" registration. A trademark could be a punch line or a slogan like "Do you need help?"

   Naturally, I'm assuming you wanted info pertinent to trademark procedures as applied in India, since you haven't mentioned anything particular, Dipak.

   first u have to fill up the form for search, of the mark do you want to register as trademark, for availability,then if found distinctive from rest than further process applying in prescribed form, if there is no opposition than registrar issue certificate of trademark. you have to submitt applicable fee for each process.

    In order to register your company, you need to file an application with Registrar of Companies (RoC) in your state. An auditor can help you with this.

    If you want to register a trademark for a caption, you need to file an application with Trademark Registry, India. You may consult an advocate in Intellectual Property for this.
