   I saw your list of top paying keyword tell me something I have a site which is there in existence since 2004. I have mortgage keywords & I get clicks for MAX $2 per click and not like $36 per click as mentioned in your sheet. What am doing wrong ?

   2$ per click is good enough .
   Your earnings per click depend on other factors too like Geography of the traffic .

   Also
   As your traffic rises , your earnings per click increases .
