   I am from India & want to know about some taxforms.

   When I signup for some web like CJ, Linkshare they ask about tax information.

   W9, W4, 1040, SS4, 1040ES which is for me ??

   Pls help if you have any information...

   I think you ought to consult a tax attorney, most probably a US based one.

   Looking at the various options - the W8 ECI and/or the W8 BEN looks like your best bet.

   I'm assuming you chose the Foreign Business option in the dropdown list when you signed up with Linkshare of course. If you're registered as a business in the US, then you definitely need to speak with a legal/financial expert there.
