   I have purchased one custom domain thru (Blogger) Google Apps "chennaid.com". I need to create sub-domains like news.chennaid.com, events.chennaid.com ?? How to create this ?

   You need to purchase a seperate subdomain

   No need to purchase another..........if you bought domain through blogger itself ....then you go to control panel and create alias name by specifying host as ghs.google.com.........I have used same thing..........for my blogs ....i have domain....techiesteps.com................subdomain like......code.techiesteps.com which is another blog ......both are blogger based blogs

   ya man you want to create subdomain like :

   http://www.the24news.com
   http://blog.the24news.com

   then first you have to log in from which provider you got this custom domain follow this steps ..

   Step 1 : google.com/a/chennaid.com
   Step 2 : log in in it
   Step 3 : go in to domain setting
   Step 4 : click on domain names tab
   Step 5 : click on advance dns setting and you will get domain provider site and you can now create sobdomain of your site .... best of luck !!!
