   in my college, a number of computers are connected in a wired network for the purpose of using the internet. There is a cap on the monthly download. So I intend to use some software-free/open for regulating the usage by the different users. I am thinking of having a software that will define the maximum usage and automatically log out the user once the limit is reached. Also, suggest me some software that will give me warnings when some unwanted websites are accessed.
