Hi all, I was wondering if there are any other sites such as blogads that pay per month and not per click like google. Also something that might work for small publishers or new ones.

I have heard about Matched.co.uk which pays a fixed amount . Haven't tried that .
You can opt for link sales if you have a good PageRank. Try tnx.net .
