   Hi Amit,
   I am using self hosted wordpress blog. There I placed wordpress on its own directory. But in bots like http://tools.pingdom.com my wordpress core directory is listing. How can i Stop this as urs. Please save me....

   hemanth - can you provide a link?

   Also, i think you might need to set the correct permissions on your files/folders in terms of public read/write access.

   As per security reasons i dint gave the link. But I will tell u the situation.
   For example
   Blog Url: http://www.labnol.org
   wordpress directory : http://www.labnol.org/wordpress/

   here the tools.pingdom.com is accessing http://www.labnol.org/wordpress/ and displaying this link in the search results. Actually to improve security we use separate wordpress directory. If it displays that directory address then no use right. So, how can I restrict it.....
