   How do i write name Deepak in Sanskrit and I need word document so that I can select the fonts

   Well...I was always under the impression that the normal Hindi fonts (Devanagiri script) was used for Sanskrit. let me know if that is indeed a correct assumption, please?

   In any case, you can use Google's transliteration service to do just that.

   Select the language as SANSKRIT from the drop-down box at the left and type "deepak" and press space to get the Sanskrit transliteration which is no different from how it's typed in Hindi. ????

   You will need a UNICODE font to display the characters correctly.

   You can write in sanskrit without internet connection using google IME
